DFB and DIB Completion Buffs

 I think it would be cool if DFB and DiB buffs were available at all levels and stacked like the amplifier buffs from the S.T.A.R.T Vendor.

The temp powers granted by DFB and DiB are intended to compensate for the lack of enhancements at lower levels. Note that the buffs from the DFB temps are stronger than those from the DiB temps, as you have fewer enhancements under level 22. After level 30, the buffs from the temps are no longer needed as your powers should now be slotted, plus you can also obtain set bonuses.

As some players will already be running P2W Amps and SG Base Amps, this sounds excessive and unnecessary.

The idea was to encourage more people to join DIB by rewarding them with the buffs that they could use at any level. People can just buy inspirations and cap their damage/def/resistance at any time anyway, but I understand.

I think the issue that not only is DiB just not very fun (at least IMO), but also competes against the Posi TFs.

Once you complete those, you’re  around lvl22 and off and running - Yin, moonfire, citadel, etc. on your way to an accolade.
