in base mission transporter

have a permanent "mission transporter" as a base object.  just like the power, except it always exists in the base, no cooldown.  just pop to a base, and load to the door.

 

also, can anyone get me this vampires phone number?

You may not realize this, but such a device was under development at Portal Corp a few decades ago.

 

It was called the Urgent Desire-Detecting Relocator and it looked something like this:

 

Yeah, the guy designing it said you had to grab the teat for it to work right. It never worked right. It was weird.

He got fired.

 

But the plans are still around there somewhere! Maybe...
