Add in Former Paragon Market/RL Event Model-changing powers

There's some model changing costume powers that are currently unavailable but would be awesome to have for RP sake that you could get from the Paragon Market or RL event via codes

 

If they could be added to the P2W vendor (1m inf per?) or maybe tied to a badge unlock that would be amazing.
