I built my armor around Aura of Madness.  My stalker wrecks and anything that gets close is being mitigated.  Also Aura is unaffecting until you break hide.  Fun set to play on stalkers.

Rolled a Staff/psi stalker, Psi armor is kinda a monster when built right, though staff might also be doing some heavy lifting on my end, But hey, High res, High Regen, and a good Bases for building up defenses, not even to mention the absolute monster of a power that Aura of madness is (which hits like a truck of proced out). She can solo 4x8 of most groups quickly and with relative ease, when taking incarnates into account. All and all its a good set, the only thing I have a problem with is Devour being a cone for some unfathomable reason.

yeah I tried it with procced out Aura of Madness on beta and it seems pretty good.

 

Devour being a cone I'm kind of getting used to. But yeah I would not be mad if they made it Melee AOE.

@tjknight Can you upload your build so I can export and review it better? I've posted my Psi/Psi/Psi build, still working on it, to give you some ideas.

 

I have a few suggestions regarding your build.

You need Hide ASAP. It should be your initial pick along with an attack. Level 12 is far too late to take a class defining power. Also slot Kismet: Accuracy +6 in it. 

Impenetrable Mind provides knockback protection, so the 2x Steadfast Protection: Knockback Protection can be dropped. 

Celerity: +Stealth does not stack with Stealth, so the only benefit you are getting there is a few more hit points. Suggest removing 2 slots and boost other powers like Memento Mori.

Try to fit Panacea: +Hit Points/Endurance in your build somewhere, I recommend in Health. It's just a great IO and I always slot it on every character.

I recommend dropping Mental Strike in favor of Psi Blade. Place Assassin's Strike ATOs in Psi Blade. Place Stalker's Guile in Assassin's Psi Blade.

Mass Levitate is a great power to slot +FF proc. Psi Armor looks like it loves recharge. I also would place a +FF proc in Telekinetic Blow.

Stamina is over slotted, recommend one slot with Performance Shifter: Chance for +End . Between Devour Psyche, Stamina and Harmonic Mind, you will have plenty of stamina.

Also recommend taking Concentration earlier and one slot with Gaussians: Chance for Build Up. It has great synergy with the Assassin's Mark: Recharge Build Up.

@Groovy_Ghoul, Thanks for posting your build.  I recently leveled my new alt to 50 and used a variant of your build, substituting the multiple Titanium Coating for Aegis.  So far I haven't felt the loss of the additional Mez Resist. I also substituted Super Jump for Super Speed as the character is rabbit themed.

 

The biggest difference is putting purple/very rare sets in TK Blow, Mass Lev and Aura of Madness, and the rest of the Panacea set into PK Barrier. Without Super Speed I still have great run speed with the 3x7.5% movement speed from the Aegis sets, solid jumping with Combat Jump and can bring up Super Jump if needed.

 

Celerity +Stealth does stack with Hide, taking my stealth radius from 150 ft to 180 ft.  My Recharge is just over 101% which brings PK Barrier recharge to 21sec allowing it to be perma.

 

I also dipped into the Teleport pool to get Teleport Target so I can stealth to objectives and bring my teammates to my location.  By and large I find I can stay in the middle of a mob with a tank or brute and not have issues with survivability. 

 

I did go with a second slot in Stamina just because I hate seeing my endurance below half.  Let me know if you have any critiques or suggestions, thanks!

Once you get over 150 ft, nothing sees you except for mobs that ignore stealth.
