Skippable powers in Elec Control

Which powers are skippable in the Elec control set? I've got three I'm iffy on, and will probably drop one of them.

 

Conductive Aura is good, but kind of overshadowed by /Dark's Soul Absorption.

 

Static Field and Synaptic Overload are both great control powers. However I find I don't use Synaptic very often, and I'm not sure how useful Static will be endgame.

 

Which, if any, would you consider skipping?

Jolting Chain is usually the most skippable power. Might be ok if the animation was faster, but as is too much animation time for the effect.
