Ouroboros account wide?

As title. Any chance in making the Ouro portal power account wide once you get it? No big deal, just a nice quality of life improvement.

you know you can just go to any plus 30 zone and ask for an oruo portal and like three people will put one up for you, right? and then you can get the badge/power.

Or you can ask on [Help].

 

Or even, in Atlas, standing under the Statue in front of City Hall.  Ask right in /Local, you've got decent odds someone level 20+ has the portal and will throw one down for you.

 

Hell.  Join a L25+ TaskForce, and it's even odds someone will drop the portal as a means of fast-travel.  Be quick about it, and you can make a quick pit-stop for the badge, yourself.  (My first character ever to get that, did exactly this - the other night, on the Citadel TF, actually.  I only hit 27 or 28 by the end of that one ...)

Or if you've got a super base you can use a teleporter to go to the Galaxy City Echo and take the train to Ouroborus.
