Actually Random Repeatable Missions in KW Like Other Repeatable Contacts

In KW, the repeatable contacts don't cycle their available missions when you zone (such as entering a mission and then clearing that mission) or even after logging off for the day and then logging back on the next day. It's like being in a story arc except without the story. They aren't giving a story arc, so could they be changed to reset their available missions the way other repeatable mission contacts do? Like papers/radios?

What exactly do you mean? The Blackwing contact offers me different missions every time I speak to her after completing one.

 

Ephram Sha in DA, on the other hand, has the annoying habit of offering me the same two options over and over (granted, he has a much smaller pool to select from), which is particularly irritating because it typically ends up being a choice between one of the missions I hate and never do (Prying Eyes, A Shelter in the Storm), or one I simply find annoying (the two Knives missions in caves, because 80% of the time they're located in that far top corner, a mile away from wherever I happen to be) and would prefer not to do, but I have to pick it because I really hate the other option.

 

The thing I find odd about the Blackwing repeatables is that, frequently, both offered missions involve the same enemy group, and both missions have that group invading the same building (like, the first mission says the Skulls have invaded the Bioteknix building to steal something, and the second mission says the Skulls were seen carrying a casket into the Bioteknix building), so why can't I just take care of both situations while I'm in there?

What I mean is that the Blackwing contacts will only change/update their available mission list when you accept a mission from them. Other repeatable contacts like papers/radios, will load a new list of missions every time you zone. So if you don't like the available options? You go to another zone or do another mission, go back, and see what new missions are available. With the Blackwing contacts, their current list of available missions persists even if you zone or you log off for a while. The only way I have seen to get different missions from them is to accept a current mission to get a new list.

 

Edit: Oh yeah, you can get the same mission twice on the available missions list from the Blackwing contacts just like from any other repeatable contact. On Friday, my friend was telling me her two choices from Chip were to either go after Brom or to go after Brom. (We did mine instead.)

Ah, gotcha. I wasn't thinking of radio/paper missions in the same context as physical NPC contacts with repeatables.
