Following NPCs

Ok, I get it.  TP doesn't work on them.  ATT doesn't work.  But can we at least have Speed Boost work?  Please?  The struggle is real!

 

Or maybe just let all forms of TP work on following NPCs?  Pretty please?

ATT doesn't work...on some of them.  Dr. Todd, of the rescue mission in the Moonfire TF, is one of those that does work with ATT.

 

While I'd rather they find what the difference between Dr. Todd and that witch in the Katie Hannon TF is, and fix it, I do see merit in allowing them to be buffed instead.

It is working as intended (at least Katie Hannon is).  Amy specifically lost the ability to be targeted because of KH speed runs.
