Level Range for Tina Mac and Angus Mcqueen

These two are listed as 40-45 in the wiki. I do not normally run blue.  I asked this in general and got what looked like best guesses

 

Does anyone know FOR SURE the level ranges on these two are 40-45?

Best way to figure out for sure would be to roll up a level 45 char on a beta and just walk up to them.

I'd bet a moderate amount of influence that Tina is correct, not positive about Angus since I don't run him often.

Ok, screwing around on beta, at level 45 you can just walk up to Tina and do all her missions.  However, Angus didn't want to talk to me until I was introduced by Tina.   And looks like he might not be introduced at level 45 since Tina was giving me Maria & Unai at that point.   So, for safety, I wouldn't go past 44 until after you get your 40-44 active contacts done.

They did seem alright to talk to me at 45 though if they were in my list.

Perfect thanks.  I guess another few days at 44 lol.  I still need to do Red 40-44, then Tina and Angus.  Then one weird contact that tops at 49.  Then, finally, 50 this very long run.

@Snarky, I also run Completist Toons.  Others in RO like @Bombur run them too, a lot.  If the Level Range says "40 to 45", you should assume you have to unlock before L45.  Maybe the contact works at L45, but often they don't.  Gotta play defensively as a Completist.

what?  level ?-50 contacts not being unlockable at 50?

 

i misread that.  okay.  i am doing those two at 44 out of satey.  only two in game with that range

 

i just went into full geek lock  OCD cramps lol
