Dual Pistols/Martial Combat build needed

Hello heroes and villains.

Been searching for an updated version of this combo for a blaster, but all those builds that I find are too old to work in my version of Mids.

Anyone got a fairly new build they can share?

Here is my current build.  It works well for me.

Toggle Hail of Bullets off, it skews defensive numbers by ~11%, but only lasts 5 seconds.
