Advice on Necro/Marine

Hello
Old time player coming back after a long break, I thought I'd try a Necro/Marine. I have zero knowledge of how Marine plays, so quick question with the usual complex answer I'll bet, what powers are skippable in Marine Affinity? So far a quick look at Mids seems Whitecap might be skippable because avoiding melee is plan for most MMs

Whitecap is definitely NOT skippable.

Honestly...I don't think I would skip anything on a Marine MM. Shoal Rush is the only questionable one to me, and even that can be pretty handy.
