Made a Stand badge....not available?

Completed a morality mission via tips, badge did not award.  is it gone from the game?

You get the badge when you change alignment at Null the Gull as well.  So check to make sure you don't already have it.  It's definitely not gone.

I checked earlier but it is possible I missed it, as I have so many badges now.
