New problem with Enhancement tray

Reporting a new problem that just started today involving the Enhancement tray in the lower right corner of the UI.

 

Logging in on any character, the "Enhancement" button on the tray is red. I never allow those to fill up. Tapping the button, I find that, instead of the ten expected tabs, I have only one labelled "All". If I try to log out, the red immediately goes away, and when I cancel shutdown and open the tray, I find I have 7 tabs instead of the expected 10. Anything that might have been in tab #2 onward is gone.

 

Exited and verified files. On login, same thing again. Menu button red, one enhancement tab only until I try to log out, only 7 instead of 10 after cancelling logout.

 

At this point I'm afraid to login again. Some characters do have enhancements in trays 2 and 3.

We only get 7 enhancement tabs in the enhancement window. Where are you seeing 10?

Like Peak said, there are only 7 enhancement trays, not 10. I would file a support ticket. Sounds like something's borked on the back end.

I've had occasions where my character only shows as having enhancement tray 1, but either zoning or logging out then back in restores the other six.
