Where is the blank eye face part (like Ghost Widow) found in the Tailor?

Where is the blank eye face part (like Ghost Widow) found in the Tailor? I see one in Supernatural Faces, but that's not what I am looking for. Is it like an Eye Piece like Blast Goggles or something?

AFAIK the supernatural face is the only one. The other thing you can do is an eye aura.
