Cannot log into Kallisti Wharf

I have two characters who are logged out in Kallisti Wharf.  The game locks up when I try to enter the game with either.   Game loads up fine for other characters.   I also created a new character and took the tram to Kallisti since I saw a dev post about the zone needing to load up the first time and it working better from using the tram.  That character is now stuck with the server saying he's trying to log out and then kicking me.

Wanted to do some more test runs, but KW isn't loading up.  Tried both LFG and the train and the zone is not loading.

I had a character with that same issue. Deleted and re-copied from Live (where he logged out in Pocket D).

I can back this up as I'm having a similar experience. I have two characters who got stuck in the loading screen when I tried to teleport to Wylie Galloway from Find Contact. They went to a loading screen that hung and did not load. I force quit the game. Upon trying to log back in I was told the character is still logging out. I was also kicked with the error code: -1665730839. Further attempts to log into the character gave different kick error codes.

The zone was indeed stuck and has been restarted.  If you have this problem again, please post as many details as you can to try and track this down.

 

Also, I got stuck trying to zone into Kallisti as well . . .
