Recently, I submitted a ticket.

I go to check the status of the ticket, and I try to log in, and it says "Access is denied".

So..I ask myself...is my password incorrect? So I go through that process, update a new password and still get "access is denied".

Not really sure what to do about this.

I've got a league of people who are wondering why preservation specialist wasn't awarded when no bombs were detonated, but defeated via snipe.

There are 2 ways to check ticket status...

Create a separate account from the forums on the ticketing system, PRIOR to submitting the ticket,

OR

Enter the email address you used and the ticket #, no password required...

I'm in a similar situation.

I've yet to even receive any email about a ticket I sent in, almost a week ago I think? I didn't recall seeing a number when I submitted it at the time, either. As in, not even a "we received your ticket, check on your ticket here!" auto response. I've been checking trash and spam folders and everything.

Not sure if I missed it somewhere or if it's not been responded to.

For myself I'll probably have to make another new registration login for it and another new ticket. See if that works?

Well that is a pickle I’ve got no solution for other than what you suggest
