Change Game Account ID?

I played CoH Homecoming for a while back in 2019. Having recently gotten the superhero bug again, I decided to return. Fortunately, I still have access to my old e-mail, so I was able to regain access to both my server and my game accounts, and my old characters. I've updated my e-mail and my server account ID. But I'm wondering if there's a way to also update my *game* account ID. I wouldn't bother worrying about it, except that it's used for in-game chat. So.... Is it possible? 🤷‍♀️

There is a bar at the top of the website click on "Support" and place a support ticket there or through the support option in the menu in-game (it will end up showing up under that "Support" tab in the forums where you can update information there. When you go into that tab, it only show you your support tickets.

 

I would post there to get quicker response. They might PM you directly to resolve this, but I think you might get a quicker response if you use that "support" tab.

Thanks! I'll try that. (I posted here mostly in the hope that there was an easy way to do it that I was just missing.)
