Understanding the levels in the Wiki

I am currently level 8. I looked at the wiki and it said that the Vahzilok in the Aqueduct neighborhood of Kings Row will be 6-7. But when I go there, it looks like everything in con as red or purple.

What am I misunderstanding?

Okay, it that makes sense. I will fly around Kings Row to see if there is a level 8 area other than Freedom Plaza.

There are lower-level Vazhilok on rooftops of several buildings in King's Row, but it's going to take some effort to find them - same with Circle of Thorns.

HUH, thought I had lost my mind and was just dumb from remembering level ranges in some zones.

 

Is there a resource for the live server version showing changes? I'll look about myself.
