Snarky Posted August 1, 2019 Posted August 1, 2019 I have two 50s now woot! My first one is the DM/Inv and is the one I plan on doing most of my end game content for the next month or two as I knock off the rust. I feel this is the strongest build for me. I enjoy it and it allows me to keep an eye on the mission flow rather than micromanage character actions i ran a few DM Invul back on live. My strongest was a high recharge build that I think was posted by Leandro or Hyperstrike or another really smart high end grinder. I was amazed how vicious the build was and did some insane stuff in it i have my first incarnate shift. I took agility for the Alpha. This was suggested for the benefits of defense to invulnerability. It also gives global recharge which builds right back into the high recharge benefits to DM/Inv. I chose Diamagnetic and Void as the next two incarnate powers. I want to push the Dark bonuses both because I feel they are strong and cool. The character concept is magic undead. Any suggestions for incarnate powers are appreciated. Any suggestions on build would be appreciated too even if it is just recommending sets to slot. The new sets are not included on the Paragon wiki and I will need to mess around on builder to piece out a build. I am definitely a better grinder than I am a character designer. I just enjoy running content my basic build goals are softcap s/l def and then s/l res cap and energy res cap. A good amount of recharge would also be nice it is relatively easy to grind enhancer sets for me because I love to grind so much. So any suggestions can include high end enhancer procs and sets. I of course include all the great procs already as well as Brute Sets. Not even sure if I can slot the superior as well as the regular sets or if I should. Again very rusty and just getting back into it plus new stuff thank you for any input
ScarRee Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 (edited) Here is a build I just threw together. It relies on Incarn to boost most of the secondaries. Rune of Protection for those moments where you need the extra boost.. I use it and love it for those times.. Mu Mastery is for the extra attacks/giving you a ranged skill Don't forget Invin small boost with multiple mobs. Thoughts welcome.Villain Plan by Hero Villain Designer 2.23https://github.com/ImaginaryDevelopment/imaginary-hero-designer Click this DataLink to open the build! Snarky Posted August 2, 2019 Author Posted August 2, 2019 Thank you. It does bring up an interesting question. Is Rune of Protection worth taking? During regular content I very rarely remember struggling with any type of mez on Invul. Once in a while a Succubus will be vexing but I normally quick craft a break free. During incarnate trials there are incarnate powers that provide mez protection for the league. I might take Rune on a Sentinel but not sure about on a brute

It does offer mez protection, but it also gives you +resis to all resis stats INC psi. So for times when you get that certain mob or too much of a mob you can pop it knowing you'll have 90's of extra protection. Plus with bosses etc it can help massively as well with! no downside to it. This is ofc taking in the fact of you being alone.. It's not a must have in this build tbh, you can swap it out for say - CJ and SJ etc. But i've found RoP helpful in the times ive needed it.
