The extra slots in invisibility  will be put on x-ray beam and cross punch to finish the sets.  I couldn't put them there on my version of pines.  I also have one extra slot to play with.

1: If you want more people to help, use a more condensed view

4: Both Radiation Siphon and Contaminated STrike are good places to place an Achilles Heel -Res IO. Radiation Siphon also works GREAT with Theft of Essence, as it ends up getting back almost as much Endurance as it costs to fire, making it almost free damage.

5: Dominators are usually End-hogs, you will want 3-4 slots in Stamina, as well as probably Panacea/Numina/Miracle in Health

6: All of your Defense powers should start their slotting with one LotG: +Recharge. If you have too many powers, then there isn't a need for Grant Invisibility or Invisibility (and I wouldn't take both in any case, I'd take Stealth/Grant/Phase Shift, and use a +Stealth IO in Sprint to get full Invisibility, since this way I get a Phase power).

Thanks for for pointing out the lack of a need for invisibility. I will respec out of it.  I will have to move some power choices around to keep my set bonuses for ex-info down (I had permadom on synapse tf, which was exciting!)

 

My endurance issues aren’t terrible, but not great either. Would I get more bang for my buck w/ an extra endmod in stamina or the Numina in health?

Update: I can’t get my computer with the hero builder to connect to the internet, but I have updated the build and here is the rundown

I have 2 slots to play with also. 

 

the downside- This is a very expensive build. I have already spent +300 mil and will be a lot more once I get my winter sets. 

 

If if people are interested, once I get the builder to work, I will post the build.
