Wanna combo Hotfeet/mud pots while I run around slapping stuff in the mayhem. Also I am assuming for those that know about the new proc stuff I could do the same to all the holds and fast powers correct? And with KB powers I can put a recharge in for better use in the earth powers i am thinking. All feed back is awesome. fitzsimmons Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 You're 30 seconds off of permadom and I'd definitely replace smoke with Bonfire and put a KD on it. It's additional mitigation that is handy in a pinch. You can achieve permadom and still softcap s/l.
MunkiLord Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Once you get permadom, I'd also look at proc'ing out Seismic Smash. With lots of global recharge and good procs, it can do a ton of damage. With Hybrid running it sometimes hits for around 1100 damage. The Trevor Project

I recently made a perma-dom and soft-capped fire/earth build. I might have to readjust and give this a try.

For reference I have Seismic Smash slotted with 50+5 Damage IO Hecatomb +5: Dam/Recharge Unbreakable Constraint: Chance for Smashing Damage Touch of Death: Chance for Negative Damage Ghost Widow's Embrace: Chance for Psionic Damge Hecatomb: Chance for Negative Damage I also use one of the T4 Alphas that increase damge, I've switched back and forth between Musculature and Intuition. Then for Hybrid I use the Assault tha has a chance to proc. The Trevor Project
