So found a couple old builds and I am curious if with the new changes this will still hold up , and if not, how should I modify it. Wanna combo Hotfeet/mud pots while I run around slapping stuff in the mayhem.

Also I am assuming for those that know about the new proc stuff I could do the same to all the holds and fast powers correct? And with KB powers I can put a recharge in for better use in the earth powers i am thinking. All feed back is awesome. Thank you

You're 30 seconds off of permadom and I'd definitely replace smoke with Bonfire and put a KD on it.  It's additional mitigation that is handy in a pinch.  You can achieve permadom and still softcap s/l.

Interesting.  I recently made a perma-dom and soft-capped fire/earth build.  I might have to readjust and give this a try.

For reference I have Seismic Smash slotted with 

50+5 Damage IO

Hecatomb +5: Dam/Recharge

Unbreakable Constraint: Chance for Smashing Damage

Touch of Death: Chance for Negative Damage

Ghost Widow's Embrace: Chance for Psionic Damge

Hecatomb: Chance for Negative Damage

 

I also use one of the T4 Alphas that increase damge, I've switched back and forth between Musculature and Intuition. Then for Hybrid I use the Assault tha has a chance to proc.
