I'm currently working on writing an updated version of the builds to incorporate "stuffs" that have happened in the meantime (like ATOs).  I'm hoping to have everything posted in the next couple of days or so.

I have been meaning to get to it, but it's just been crazy for me. I will get to it sometime this year.

All good I used your guide years ago and loved it.  I know life can be crazy but know there are people out there that got joy out of your hard work.  I'm a parent of 3 special needs kidos in my 40s.  CoX is that nice relaxing escape when everything is done for the day and calm.
