Possible Peacebringer Bug in Mission for Eagle Eye

Hi,

I ran into this last night. I'm playing a Peacebringer running a King's Row mission arc for Eagle Eye.

In one of the missions, your character is disguised as a Skul - complete with visual costume change and power set change.

The task is to infiltrate the Skuls, listen in to their conversations, and find clues to the whereabouts of their leader.  Cool Idea.

 

As typical when you play Khelds, there are usually a couple minions using Quantum weapons or Voids in the mission -- that part is no surprise.

The surprise is that the disguise works perfectly for all the "normal" Skuls, but it doesn't work for Skuls with Quantum weapons.

 

In this particular mission, I believe this is bugged behaviour, since the "disguise" aspect is integral and critical to that mission's design.

 

Unfortunately, since the disguise doesn't work for that guy, he immediately attacks and shoots you if you get into detection range. 

Worse, you cannot use any inspirations, and of course, you also don't have *any* of your own powers -- result ... unpreventable insta-death.

 

Further, at least in that mission, you can't simply avoid them, because they're in small rooms or hallways that you have to traverse

to proceed. After a number of helpless deaths, I was forced to "complete" this mission with my contact directly, as it was impossible to play

through it.  I also reported it to Support in-game and was directed to post here.

 

Since this mission actually changes your character and powers, and it relies completely on the ability to stand in close proximity to the bad

guys to "hear" their conversation, I believe that Skuls with Quantum weapons, in that particular mission, should not be able to see thru the

disguise, just as is the case with the normal Skuls.
