How do you determine when you are capping damage?

I hate to ask a question that seems so simple, but I truly don't know how to track this.  I do know how to monitor def/res, but I don't know how to monitor Acc/Dam.

 

So, what is the best way to know when you are capping damage?  I have no idea how many reds to pop.

You can monitor Damage bonus in the combat attributes. Keep in mind this doesn't include the percent increase from your enhancements, so add another whatever % to the number you see there.
