Ok so normally I am very very good at figuring these mods and stuff out. Maybe you can provide me with some help. I run the city mod installer get the alert that it might be bad like normal click run away. Then I get 1-2 seconds of the round blue circle and then nothing. Tried turning the game off completely. Tried it with the homecoming launcher turned on. Tried it with the game running. Nothing seems to change what it's doing. 1-2 seconds blue circle (aka loading) then nothing. I have looked through my task manager and I do not see anything in there for it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been racking my brain on how to build this. Radiation armor just has too many useful powers. I cant seem to get away from taking the whole set. Could use some help.
