I'm finding the timing on my lowbie DP/Rad scrapper to not mesh well with an attack chain yet, Is it a lack of global recharge bonuses most likely? And if so, how much Global and what should the attack chain be?

Yep. What I can't get is spectrum gloves with the trench, so I had to color her hands as close as possible to the rest of the glow and use the hand/head glow aura

I finally figured out how to expand my base beyond the normal parameters, BUUUUT There's an invisible barrier that prevents me from dropping all the way to the original floor (Marked with the X in the pic) from the area above the original ceiling. Is this not something I can get around? My 2nd issue, can the reincarnation ring only work if you put it in an actual med bay?
