I'm thinking the crit potential for a scrapper makes the AT a better choice for this combo but have no experience with either power set. Just for general gameplay/leveling/end game content

Have a concept in mind and think these two powersets fit perfectly. It looks like the shorter range/melee range of /sonic would work well with Psy. Anyone play one to higher levels? Not looking for uber, just like it when sets synergize well

Account data lives on a separate system from the individual shards. It would take a much more substantial rewrite of the character list code to for it to be able to query that efficiently.

Does this mean the number of inactive accounts is unknown as well? If not, can you release how many inactive accounts there are?

I think Regen should have a graphics-integrated mechanic where as you take damage, parts of your body fall off, which triggers a mechanic like the brute's Fury bar. Instead of increasing damage though, it increases Def and Resistance. As your limbs grow back, the bar decreases.

But if your head comes away from your body, it's all over.

Edit the name to just background_skyline_alphacut.texture and try again.

 

Click on View in the top nav and verify that "File Name Extensions" is checked. That'll help.

Well, you were right about the name. But it still won't work for me
