Ageless and Clarion are great, they're powerful, but they're not outright "broken" in comparison to what Barrier is/does. It just gives too much of an advantage to stack multiple Barriers on teams, have continuous "god modes," and make even +4 AV's a complete joke. I don't know what I'd nerf it to, but I'd definitely make it start off with a smaller resistance/defense bonus and more gradually slow down to +5%. 

    Then they should nerf the teleport buff! That’s pretty much perma 

  2. I kind of just was messing around and I did something like this to my ill/emp.
    The play style was fun for me. I was almost able to do +4/8 solo with something like this. Tinker with it. 

     

    I never played dark so I just went with the powers you have. Lvl49 power was just a filler. 


    I still can't take Rez I'm sorry. But I did take the Incarnate power that will Rez 2 people on a 2 min cool down
    And I went with the incarnet power that procs dmg when people are held for even more dmg procs. 

    My mids builder is not updated and I don't know how to update it. I struggled to just get it to work on my 2010 Macbook. And it lags hard so I kind of semi rushed it. Your auras are at 40 second to a minute cool down. So you get some nice Regen burst for big fights.  And you get a build up!

    Maybe a res -jump toggle that doesn’t let you run a super speed power but slightly increase your run speed slightly. Your legs become so strong 💪 nothing can hold you down! Kind of like combat jumping! 
     

    i think this will be nice for pve people trying to get into pvp. Cause toxic PvPers will just spam -jump and watch pve guys QQ

  4. What is your main goal for your AT? Are you looking to do some good single target dmg with procs? Are your looking to take down mobs? 

     

    You have to start slow and build off a smaller idea. 
     

    First I’d drop resurrect. I hate that power on my emp. Everyone has self Rez. It wouldn’t  fit your badass theme.

    I’ve been working really hard on a build for some time and I’ve finally finished it! After reading other people’s builds and searching for what fits👌
     

    If you’re still looking let me know! I get some great heals. It’s built for zone and 2v2s! You can out heal some major dmg with healing aura. I think I was getting 547 with healing aura and with my two Self heal procs I was hitting almost 300(800 self), that’s when they proc together. Heal other was hitting 950ish.  just your damage is poopoo on this build. It has most of its illusion powers so its a lot of fun to play in pve in a group.


    And this build does not have fly :). Jaunt is literally the best thing ever for escaping -jumps. thank you Homecoming ❤️

  6. I am trying to load a build in mids I got here and its a .mxd file and I am having trouble opening the file.

    It says "-Unable to read beyond the end of the stream"

    Update: Okay so I can open other .mxd files. I guess I need to figure out how to update my mid I guess. Thx! My IQ is to low I will need to learn...

E.g. some builds go power boost instead of hibernate, take both phases, take more/less pets, go medicine pool instead of concealment, etc. And with more people playing elec affinity now you mightwant to work recovery aura into the build.

     

    Usually you don't want more than 4 panacea sets since you're slotting at least 1 set of glad nets and you can only have 5 of the same set bonus in a build (i.e. if you have 5 panaceas and 1 glad net set then 1 of your 7.5% recharge bonuses wouldn't be doing anything).

  8. I’m having trouble hitting cap hp on my Ill/emp controller. I have 5 sets of panacea. Is that a good idea? Im slowly trying to get into pvp so I’m just trying to understand what I need to sacrifice in order to hit 1606hp 

     

    any pointers or tips would be much appreciated

I don't think the pets really do anything in a 2v2, but I still like them. Controllers don't bring much damage to the table so basically in a 2v2 you just want to keep your damage dealer alive.

     

    Maybe start with something like this, switch leviathan to primal forces maybe

    Could you post the link that I could just copy it into mids? My Mac can’t download this file
