Not really - You are applying real life applications to an online world regarding a vow of silence. No such thing as a defined definition as it applies to COH. The million dollar question which you decided to ignore is.... If the story is too long and you don't want to read it, what's the big deal if I choose to write a long story? I get what I want and you get what you want. Win Win. Surely you aren't upset because people MAY be writing long back stories you won't read anyway?

I mean - If you don't want to read it and I want to write it, what's the big deal? Nobody loses, everybody wins.

If you knew you were never going to speak again but you had the ability to draft your story, and that is all anybody will ever know about you, I would wager you'd be hard pressed to write everything you need to write in 1023 characters or less.

So empathy has great buffs. No doubt about it. I am trying to figure out what pairs best with empathy and what a solid build would be for said pairing. I'm working on having fully geared out classes of every archetype and Defender is one of the last ones I have to go. I've narrowed it down to wanting to do an empathy toon and understand there's a reason not many roll around. It's kind of boring but I find the potential of being a rock star team survivability booster enticing. Very few empathy builds are posted so I'm at a little bit of a loss. Oh brother!

Now that I am nearing a full build, on paper, the build has plenty of AOE but in practice, most of them are tiny cone AOE's which makes jumping into a swarm of evils take longer to kill than different scrappers. Man-O-Man!

What if I have taken a vow of silence and there is a compelling reason to do so but simply can't share it with only 1,000 characters! It will literally break the game.

Does anybody have a solid build for this combo?

I feel that just over 1,000 characters simply isn't enough to draft my lite novel character backstory!!! I've got an idea and I need at least 10x the number of characters allotted!

My gravity / storm has a 14 or so second recharge on wormhole. By time I drop them somewhere, cast my AOE's, I am pretty much ready to track down a different pack of monsters for dropping with wormhole ready to go again. I was going to do fold space too but just couldn't justify needing it hardly ever in my build.

*sad face*. I'm thinking fold space isn't doable and still be uber strong. Taking suggestions!

I am still waiting for a 9 tails variation to tails! Give us 2 and we can slowly work our way up!
