    As far as i know, there has never been a way to do so.

    Not sure either how the forum import work or that could be a way to bypass this limitation.

    Not exactly a decimal shift, scale versus damage isn't exactly a 10:1 factor or something like that. Fixed anyway !
    Also a damage value was missing for PvE.

    Fyi, the JSON files in the data-folder are auto-generated by Mids and are related to user configuration, not powers or enhancements data.

    Running in Linux, with wine, if it makes a difference.  (Bear in mind, I can run MIDS fine, it's just the "bleeding edge update! (2020-03-25)" version I have trouble with.

     

    I remember having this issue when i first started to run Mids' under Linux but this was before MRBU. I haven't opened my Mint in a long while.
    I fixed it by setting winearch to 32-bit on a dedicated profile. Meaning you will have to redownload dependencies. To save you some time: if you install dotnet48 through winetricks it will also install all the previous editions of dotNet for you. Take a coffee, tea, whatever, it's a long walk but once you're done you don't have to worry about it anymore.

    Thing is... i don't think we have yet a 32-bit build containing the updates (db + binaries)... It will run fine - at first glance at least - but it won't tell you the architecture don't match, even under Windows.
    However you will notice shenanigans when you try to open a build, super weird errors will appear in this case.
    As Feles said above, your best bet for now is to only update its data.

     

    For checking OS/program architecture:

    - Windows arch: Control Panel/System (keyboard shortcut: WinKey+Pause, since the "old" control panel in Win10 is kinda hidden... sadly)
    - Mids' arch (Windows, when Mids' is running): Open the Task Manager, go to Details tab. Right click one any of the column header, choose "Select columns". Scroll down, almost to the bottom and check "Platform".

     

    - Linux arch: in a terminal, enter uname -a, 64-bit OSes ID string contains "x86_64". Nerds may want to use nerdy stuff like uname -a | grep "x86_64" --color=always 🤪 (i hope memory serves... it's been a while)

    - Mids' arch (Linux): ??? (unknown)

    A few things i know:

    The more you taunt them the more they become resilient to taunt. So you'd better hurry.

    Tempest gyros repel voids, if one get too close to Penny, destroy them.

    Don't use ANY aoe at all. This includes damage auras as well as boost/debuff auras like Raise to the challenge, Evolving Armor and Reaction Time.

    I noticed some weird things with Mace Mastery for blasters.

    As mentionned in the typos topic, Web Cocoon has some strange, recursive requirement: "you have to select Web Cocoon in order to select Web Cocoon". Along with a doubled one.
    There is also some shenanigans lurking for Summon Spiderlings: it says you need two other powers but apparently one is enough to get it...

  6. This one is big, and pretty confusing.
    In Mace Mastery for Blasters, Web Cocoon ( [Epic.Blaster_Mace_Mastery.Web_Cocoon] ) has a either doubled description about requirements, or some kind or recursivity, I can't tell for sure.
    "You must have [...] Web Cocoon before selecting this power" huuuuuh, ok, sure. Null, you're somewhere around ? I have a metaphysical question for you.
    Edit: also "a more powerful version ['of' missing] of the common web grenade.".

    Whoever asked about an interface revamp: our top priority right now is to squash bugs and inconsistencies in the database. But it seems to me making cosmetic changes or dusting off the UI would be like re-building a skyscrapper from scratch, the same, but using rods of titanium instead of steel.

  9. I hope it's on topic... May i suggest something for the sets icons ?

    - Keep Shrapnel's icon (unless it changes name later), which is for now Bombardment's

    - Change the one for Bombardment instead (please see below)
    I'm no pro at all regarding digital graphics so i'm sure many here can do better than that. Anyway, you may like it 🙂

    Also, i don't know if this is intended but all of Neuron's dialog texts are between quotes.

    Keep in mind that it is a temporary way of publishing stuff. I'll see with Metalios for the next batch - i'm sure there is a better way than a discord post with attachments.

    You're correct, we have actually more than one ! ... 3 ? 4 ? I lost track of who is working on what. Latest "nerdy" recruit: @Cipher . He's trying to make a web-based planner with a way to share builds and tap data directly from the game data files.
    I half count myself in as well for having a viewer-only app with the only purpose of tracking which enhancement i've bought/crafted when making a new build. Not sure yet if i will make it public.

  13. Confirmed.
    Out of curiosity i opened in a text editor the .powercust* files since they are in plain text, the powers' IDs are completely off and with far more digits than the original ones.
    However redo the same customization through good ol' Icon and it'll work fine (except on it you can't set colors for incarnates sadly)
