Great to hear, will def get it! After much thought, I think I’m gonna go with either a Shield/Savage TANKER or Savage/Shield Brute. You really sold me on Savage, and the idea of jumping around with Leap and Shield charge just seems fun. Even if it may be more optimal on a Stalker, I just find myself wanting to fight on the frontlines too much. Now to just decide on either a Tanker or Brute 😂

That is good to know! I hear Shield is fairly endurance heavy? I bet the passive end reduction on Savage helps with that.

Nice man! Both seem like they could be a ton of fun once you get your tier 9 and shield charge. I group with 2 buddies as well, so they’d probably appreciate the buffs Shield brings

Hi all, I’ve settled on building either a /DA or /Invuln tanker. I was wondering if there were any secondary parings that went well? I was looking at Savage/DA, thinking that Savage’s endurance reduction could help with how End heavy DA is. For Invuln, I hear Dark Melee pairs well due to the -hit. Does anyone have any insight for me? I hear that DA shines Endgame once properly slotted out. I’ve also seen grumblings about Invuln being hard nerfed. At the end of the day, I just want to be a hero that is helpful to his team and can hold his own against baddies =] Elec/Shield was a consideration as well, but I hear that shines on Stalkers. or would I just be better off rolling any of these combos as a Brute? 😂 Thanks for the input!

Also man, I can’t express how thankful I am for you taking the time! I used to play this game when I was younger and I’m coming back. Since I have a wife and 3 kids now, I don’t have a ton of time to play (which is why I’m pretty picky) haha. I probably will only be able to level 1-2 heroes realistically. With your help, I went from like 848297473 different choices and have come down to (all brutes): Savage/Bio Savage/DA TW/Elec Psi/Rad Elec/Shield or Savage/Shield (could be sold on doing this as a Stalker if it is much more optimal there) I just want to make sure I’m investing in something that can do well at mostly all things endgame.

Perfect, glad to hear that. Yeah, I’m very torn between SM/EA and SM/Shield 😂 SM/EA I feel fits concept better. SM/Shield seems like it would be fun with the 2 AOE leaps haha

As a second question, I hear some people skip Savage Leap on a SM Stalker? Do you 2 know if this is typically the case? It seems like such a fun power to me haha

You’ve been my dude, so LAST question for you. Settling on Dark Armor to pair with Savage. Was wondering if you thought it would be more effective on a DA/Savage Tanker or Savage/DA Brute. I’ve always leaned towards Brutes (have a couple of them) but I’ve heard Tankers had a recent AOE buff, and I feel that could mesh well with Savages AOE moves

I appreciate this. DA/Savage just seems so fun. Would you mind sharing your build? Do you feel it would be more effective on a tanker than a Brute?
