Thanks for the input man! What are your feelings on either Savage/Shield or Elec/Shield? I kind of dig both of their T9’s mixed with Shield charge.

Hi all, I’ve settled on building either a /DA or /Invuln tanker. I was wondering if there were any secondary parings that went well? I was looking at Savage/DA, thinking that Savage’s endurance reduction could help with how End heavy DA is. For Invuln, I hear Dark Melee pairs well due to the -hit. Does anyone have any insight for me? I hear that DA shines Endgame once properly slotted out. I’ve also seen grumblings about Invuln being hard nerfed. At the end of the day, I just want to be a hero that is helpful to his team and can hold his own against baddies =] Elec/Shield was a consideration as well, but I hear that shines on Stalkers. or would I just be better off rolling any of these combos as a Brute? 😂 Thanks for the input!

Also man, I can’t express how thankful I am for you taking the time! I used to play this game when I was younger and I’m coming back. Since I have a wife and 3 kids now, I don’t have a ton of time to play (which is why I’m pretty picky) haha. I probably will only be able to level 1-2 heroes realistically. With your help, I went from like 848297473 different choices and have come down to (all brutes): Savage/Bio Savage/DA TW/Elec Psi/Rad Elec/Shield or Savage/Shield (could be sold on doing this as a Stalker if it is much more optimal there) I just want to make sure I’m investing in something that can do well at mostly all things endgame.

Since you have a wealth of knowledge on Stalkers, are there any you would say are really fun to play and effective endgame? I obviously like Savage. I heard Elect/Shield is great, as well as SJ/Bio and Psi/EA

Perfect, glad to hear that. Yeah, I’m very torn between SM/EA and SM/Shield 😂 SM/EA I feel fits concept better. SM/Shield seems like it would be fun with the 2 AOE leaps haha

As a second question, I hear some people skip Savage Leap on a SM Stalker? Do you 2 know if this is typically the case? It seems like such a fun power to me haha

Thanks for this!!! I have a /bio brute, might switch it up. Both Savage/SR and Savage/Energy Aura (or was that Elect Armor?) seem like they could be on theme.

Thanks for keeping it simple for me! I’ll update this thread with a pic of the hero when he’s complete =P I’ve been partial to Brutes in the past, but I’ve heard good things about DA/Savage on tankers once the AOE buffs. Do you feel it is more optimal on either class?

You’ve been my dude, so LAST question for you. Settling on Dark Armor to pair with Savage. Was wondering if you thought it would be more effective on a DA/Savage Tanker or Savage/DA Brute. I’ve always leaned towards Brutes (have a couple of them) but I’ve heard Tankers had a recent AOE buff, and I feel that could mesh well with Savages AOE moves

I appreciate this. DA/Savage just seems so fun. Would you mind sharing your build? Do you feel it would be more effective on a tanker than a Brute?

At the end of the day, in PVP at least... fully built Savage/Shield Stalker and a fully built Savage/Dark tanker are probably never gonna kill each other 😂 or the fight is gonna go for 30 mins lmao. it does seem, from what I gathered, that Savage/Shield would be more optimal on a Stalker and Savage/Dark would be more optimal on a tanker.

Super helpful! If I were to build a Savage Melee stalker, would you recommend either Dark Armor or Shield defense to go with it? Or both could be decent?
