  1. didnt realize i linked the wrong build. this is the ill/ice build i run. Dominator (Illusion Control - Icy Assault)NEWNEW.mbd
  2. this is the build i currently run on mine. i would say the biggest thing to remember is that PA doesnt taunt like it does for controllers. i use spectral terror - Gleam/Flash as mob CCs. Dominator (Ice Control - Icy Assault)NEWV2.mbd
  3. Fire breath can be replaced with Spirit Tree - slotted with preventive medicine. If its mezzed or CCd, you dont have to worry about it attacking you. Dominator (Plant Control - Fiery Assault)2025.mbd
  4. you're build looks solid, but imo you're over slotted for survivability. ST rotation would just be Bitter Ice Blast - Freeze Ray - Ice blast - repeat. when its a full mob open with Blizzard - Ice storm (about halfway through blizzard animation) - ST rotation i got you more DMG, better end management and more rech. if you get into trouble you still have your heal and PFF. Defender (Force Field - Ice Blast).mbd
  5. plant/fire has been one of my mains since live. your build looks pretty solid to me. looks like we have 2 very different playstyles though. lol. this is my newest build, im still playing around with some power selections. Dominator (Plant Control - Fiery Assault)2025.mbd
  6. Ice tanks have been my mains since live, these are the 2 current builds i run on mine. use both in 4* and anything +4/8. Tanker (Ice Armor - Energy Melee) NEW.mbd Tanker (Ice Armor - Super Strength)new.mbd
  7. Tanker (Dark Armor - Ice Melee)V2.mbd Tanker (Radiation Armor - Fiery Melee)NEW.mbd Tanker (Ice Armor - Energy Melee) NEW.mbdTanker (Ice Armor - Super Strength)new.mbd Tanker (invul - Battle Axe)3.mbd These are my main tanks for anything 4* and +4/8 , i solo tank LR with all of these toons.
  8. SS because i like to play as fast as possible. and im usually ahead of the group by a mob or two. most folks always pair ss with sj or tp because SS is pretty much only good for going straight and doesnt off much for getting around obstacles. stealth can be swapped for maneuvers , but i didnt have room for assault so i went with stealth for the +def and also because it helps to not have full aggro all the time when tanks and brutes are on the team.
  9. swap conserve power with focused acc slotted with end reduction and add Gausians proc +BU in Build up Scrapper (Spines - Regeneration)newish.mbd
  10. easier to build and play for sure. Regen takes some effort now-a-days. "better" would just depend on the individual.
  11. Tanker (Dark Armor - Dark Melee).mbd
  12. aaaahhh i never saw it, i guess. it's pretty straight forward , so idk why it gives you a headache. lol. the only recent change ive made is moving the chance for BU proc to BU and an end reduc. in focused acc.
  13. Scrapper (Spines - Regeneration)newish.mbd
  14. This is my current build, i've used it for just about everything, from being exemp down to +4 to 4*. Brute (Martial Arts - Energy Aura).mbd
  15. i didnt have any endurance issues before incarnates, and definitely dont after. i rarely actually use conserve power, i only select it as the pre-req. for physical perfection. focused acc. is a good way to go also, i just dont usually have acc or +to-hit issues and dont want to deal with the end costs most of the time. Hasten/Perma Hasten is really a must for me in all of my builds, i only have 1 toon that doesnt have it in the multiple hundreds of 50s ive had dating back to live. softcap defense is 45% is iirc. and you can never have too much defense. if you're trying to build for resist on a SR build, youre in a losing battle. i have the LoTG 7.5 +rech. x5 in this build and in 99% of my toons, never less than 3. (yes, they stack.) Shield wall give more HP bonus than Lotg. with SR being mainly def. and low in resist, that means if you get hit its going to hurt a little more, so i build for as much HP as possible without sacrificing Recharge. Concentrated Strike and Power siphon are the main powers of the set, and on scrappers CS can proc PS to instant recharge, so the more recharge you have means the more you can use CS and the more chance you have to activate PS for +dmg/+to-hit and another +dmg from the +dmg from the GSFC proc.
  16. I dont remember all of the specific numbers to really quote the most detailed info, but the main issue was turning Instant Healing from a toggle to a click with a pretty long recharge. I wouldn't say regen is obsolete, it's just not as easy mode as it used to be, or as easy as some sets are now. i skip the rez and MoG on all of my regen builds. Regen can be paired with anything really. spines/regen is my main scrapper and has always been one of my faves. Claws/regen is pretty fun also. calws is just a great set in general. i have my spines/regen build, and video posted on a couple other threads already, if you want to check it out for reference. should be pretty easy to find.
  17. This is my current Plant/Marine build, works well for +4/8 , 4 star content and LoFG. Controller (Plant Control - Marine Affinity).mbd
  18. this is my current KM/SR build. Scrapper (Kinetic Melee - Super Reflexes).mbd
  19. here's my human WS build. i run this for all content. +4/8 and 4* also. Warshade - Umbral Blast 2.mbd
  20. not MA, but this my kat/fire build that i run. was originally looking at MA/fire also, but i couldnt really get it as survivable as this one. Scrapper (Katana - Fiery Aura).mbd
  21. Spines/regen has always been one of my favorites, it was also one of my first handful of 50s on live. This build really works well for me. the biggest thing is to keep up with IH, and for big fights pop Dull Pain before going in so you can be at the HP cap. Majority of the time though i just use IH and reconstruction as needed, saving DP in case i just randomly get hit hard.
