Hey guys I made a psi/energy aura scrapper and have made it all the way to the end game. However, I am hurting as all EBs and AVs seem to deal psi damage. I am wondering if there is a way to plug that hole. I am using crafted IOs so no sets as I am not sure which sets are the best for plugging the huge psi hole. Right now I have 22% psionic defense. Is it possible to get it to 45% without sacrificing the caps on the other dmg defenses? All my other defenses are doing fine and should definitely be able to be capped with IO sets or pretty dang close. I did find the gladiators armor +3% defense IO and the Steadfast Protection +3% as well. Any other suggestions for easing the end game content a bit for me?

Hey all so I built a toon in mids a psi/energy aura scrapper. I was very impressed with just the basic IO slotting. I then created and lvled up one to fifty and it seems the defense numbers are a bit off. By my napkin math it seems almost 7% off. With jus kinetic shield on and three slotted with 3 Def buff IOs mids states 26.94%. In game however Combat attributes states it as 20.21%. The IOs are reporting 25.5% in both places so this leads me to believe that the mids numbers are in fact incorrect. Anyone else notice this? This makes accurately slotting my character;s build in mids a bit harder.

So because I'm a casual player I cant want the best the game has to offer? I am not saying to roll back the change for farmers, I am saying roll it back for the casual player like me, why cant I have the option to make more money faster at 50 so that I can afford the purple sets faster, the faster I make money the faster I can afford the IO's I want/need. I remember when HAMI IOS were a billion a piece now what are they? 25k a piece? The Market will be the Market. I just always liked the ability to double my influence when I hit 50 and didn't need xp as much. I do have the desire to IO out every single one of my fifties until I spend days running missions and TFs to see that I haven't earned nearly enough to afford a single purple. I do not enjoy grinding away day after day for no ROI.

I am not a stock broker that just isn't how I want to spend my time in game. I shouldn't have to become a stock broker to make money neither should I have to farm either to be honest. At least if I am farming I am beating the tar out of bad guys and feel super heroish. It was a nice reward at 50 to just be able to focus on influence and specking out the final build.

Participating and enjoying are two very different things. Leveling through the game does not provide enough influence or IOs enhancements or even recipes which I then have to pay to make. It takes me months to level a character and after all that work there is still how many months to make the billion dollars that is needed to make what I would consider the strongest build for my character, This is a superhero game, isn't the point to be the best, superhero you can be. I have been playing this game since it came out in what 2004? I have leveled so many characters and it was always nice to know I could just make a lot more money at any time if I wanted to by flipping a switch. It is at 50 that you can really start to look at all the IO options available to make your character the best is can be. I don't have the time to play all weekend as I once was able to, I work and have responsibilities in real life, I would like to see progress each time I play, whether that see gaining levels or making my bank account grow, if it becomes a constant drag to spend weeks/months making almost no influence, sadly I lose interest.

As a casual player I no longer have anyway to afford the 100+Million influence purple sets. I play casually so I am not a farmer by any stretch of the imagination. If I cannot make the money to afford the best IOs in the game then I cannot fully enjoy the game and its end game content, task forces etc. I knew that once I hit 50 I could switch off xp and gain double influence in all the missions I did, there was at least a light at the end of the tunnel and one day I would be able to afford those high end IOs. I knew there were farmers stock piling influence and quite frankly I didnt care. The market still seems the same today as it was back then. I as a casual player was thinking of making a farmer and spending a couple hours here and there raising the funds for the rest of my toons. I have what 1000 character slots for this game and now no way to see them reach the pinnacle of their performance. I don't have the time or desire to spend months and months and months trying to get a toon IO'ed out once he hits 50. I say let the farmers farm if that is how they want to play the game. The market seems no better or worse to be honest. Please give me back the light at the end of the tunnel reinstate double xp at 50.

Hey all so i've been running brigg 125 and it seems like all five stages net me about 15mill in influence? Is that the best I can hope for or are there other fire farms built for mass inf only. I am running 4/8 so I am maxed on bosses but 3mill a state seems very low to me. If i do three runs in an hour i only manage 45mill influence?

The first toon I loved was my regen scrapper, I played him everyday and loved every minute of it. Then came the super nerf to regen which made him pretty much unenjoyable. Now I'm not saying take regen all the way back to its nigh unkillable state, but can we just roll back the nerfs a bit to make it fun to play again. I hate having to click all my powers in regen all the time, make them toggles again and just nerf the benefits a bit. Please Devs this is within your power to do this make a old regen scrapper happy again. Make regen great again!!!

I keep hearing that Willpower is awesome so I made a fire/willpower sentinel. I cannot figure out how to slot this toon. The def and resistance is OK, am I suppose to just focus on regen? Is it possible to max out resistance or def with willpower? Any guidance would be helpful.

According to the detailed info it states that afterburner only grants flight protection white hover, flight or group fly is active. What exactly is "flight protection"? Does it provide some defense buff if I keep hover on? Can someone clue me please.

If I slot multiple IOs that have a chance to reduce resistance on enemies, will they stack if they all hit?

so if I lower it to 4/7 will that keep the boss ratio correct? I want to fight bosses but I am really soloing and trying to PL my wife's toon.

I am farming it x4/x8 solo it is perfect. If I bring my wife's toon with me it adds more bosses to the mobs and slows me down a bit. Why is it adding more bosses if I am running it x4/x8 already? Isnt that the maximum difficulty and team size?

Hey all I am having issues with the speeds that are being reported for this arc. People are able to do it in 5min or less. I am wondering what the heck I am doing wrong? I think my build is pretty strong but still it is taking me about 6-7 mins per room, so 30-35min for the whole thing. Are these speed demons eating reds all the time? I don't do that cause I don't want to. If the best I can do is 6 mins with out constantly getting and eating reds then I am fine with it. I just want a critique of my build if possible by some serious farmers. Mids Reborn not opening all of a sudden

Mids reborn has been great but now it won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but still error and wont open. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

Ok all. . . so when made a build that I thought would be great at S&L farming it is ok but every now and then I just eat it. Of Course resistance to S&L is 90 cap for brutes. I also got defense to Smashing and Lethal at over 45%. i noticed that when the large groups get me my positional defense is shredded but that should not make a big deal for smashing and Lethal correct? Or did i mess up and should try to get the defense to positional attacks to 45%? I would post my build but Mids reborn is not opening for me.
