Sometimes I go into the game not for the action, but just to "live" in the world. I had a character who did not engage in combat on principle - only helped NPCs and collected stories. This did not break the game, on the contrary - it added depth.

If you have already pumped Harmonic Mind, it will be much easier, because it gives a nice bonus to energy regeneration. I remember how I once faced the problem of endurance, but after that I was able to not only make my character more stable, but also improve it in all parameters. -
