I get it to about 90% damage, decent accuracy and use it for the set bonuses I need. I have 4 Superior Avalanche slotted. I've used the knockdown proc simply because the Battle Axe is knockdown heavy. I'm fine with it not firing as often as others.

Just to confirm the -res proc does apply on the vortex and weakens mobs for the 2nd hit. Did a load of testing in Cimerora. An unexpected extra buff to Battle Axe.

Yeah that's it. I can see the procs fire during the vortex effect before the main hit. I wonder if the -res proc works this way too.

Based on all this can anyone maybe explain why Axe Cyclone rarely procs when I have no recharge slotted? With 3 procs vs a group of 4-6 mobs I only ever seem to get 4 to fire. Or is that what I should expect from a high recharge pbaoe?

Procs hardly ever fire in Axe Cyclone. Not sure why (I have acc. coming out of my ears and no rech. in the power), so you may wish to save some of those slots.

This works with Tank hit points, not sure about other AT's.
Sit in 2 fires while resting. Then have your healer on your 2nd account spamming their most potent heal on auto.

On my main I'm stupidly obsessive. I just finished a respec on it and have been changing and improving it since 2019. Everything has a minimum or a target I must hit. With alts 'good enough' is fine.

I know the record keeping is a bit sensitive. One trip can be record as two depending on my flight pattern.

Were the respec trails made easier at some point in the games history? This is often something I've wondered as any team I'm on steamrolls and wins these days. Back on live it took many attempts. Could be set builds and heroes are more powerful now.

I'd love a 4th. Got Uber Tank and Proc Monster, another would mean not having to choose between Hard Mode and Tankroller builds.

Arcs early on for that nice xp boost at the end. Helps to amass more powers. After that anything goes.

Done it intentionally when I thought a different secondary would be better then re-rolled my original.
I wish i could play a melee defender !!!

You could roll a Shield Tank and use both Grant Cover and the Leadership pool to buff the team.
