Prioritizing the workload so patch notes get posted here when a patch is released.

I was super lucky to bag every name I wanted to keep from live plus my new main. Although I'm destined to never ever get Heavy Mental or Medievil lol.
Also when CoV released I couldn't log in because something like the first 15 names I chose were taken.😅

In general prompt patches notes would be nice.

I always have one spare, just incase.

The problem is you tend to advertise for a badge run and its a pug team, you send out the invites not knowing what you will get. Thats how most of the teaming works in coh. Thats part of the fun. And your pretty low level for Kane so you may not even have your -regen powers assuming you have them in a powerset. If you run it and everyones low level i was wondering how the teams fared.
I know what you mean. It was 3 other squishies and me, so I quickly switched to my tanking build. Luckily had the envenomed daggers, too.

The Council. Imagine how rich I'd get from all those parking tickets.

Its also easy to hide under your clothes for a quick change.

- February 2005, around a couple of weeks after the EU release. I want to say the 15th. Saw it on the shelf and the art caught my eye. Thought making your own hero sounded great. Didn't know what an MMO was back then.
- Yes. It felt extremely saddening. I had friends on live and COH was as much about interacting with them as it was playing a game. I was on Defiant server's last Hami raid and failed to get a spot on a team. Felt like such a sad, unfulfilled end to have future content teased and to not have a team on my final battle.
- Its an apt name since a homecoming was exactly how it felt. COH is unique. To have something like that back was exciting and filled the MMO gap no other could in those years.
- I quickly grabbed my new mains's name and all the names of my live toons that I wanted to keep.
- Happy its back, worried it might leave. Its very nostalgic but at the same time I look forward to trying new powersets. Its really just names and costumes I've retained from live.
- My Shield/Psi Tank is my main. I love tanks for the punishment they can take and psi finally gives me telekinesis (my favourite super power) on a tank. Shield is a rare armour in that it not only does not hide your costume but adds to it.

Well, except for the disruption of hunting through 100 clicky-buttons, no matter how well sorted.
It seems to be a mini-game in itself: CoH Concentration. 🙂
When you have chronic ocd you remember, trust me. 😄

Agent Stab (Willpower/Dual Blades) uses rocket boots and rocket wings in order to fly. Mostly natural with a bit of tech is a good way around it.

Does anyone else have access to your account?

As long as I'm somewhere in the 80% + region I'm comfortable and get good results. I do prefer more if I can get it though and only go down to the 80's on certain powers if balancing my build calls for a little sacrifice.

I know what you mean. My widow was so utterly rubbish that I had to go all out so she could live a least for a while. Luckily being a shield tank means grant cover adds a lot of defence.
-
Only one negative to really consider with Shield/Energy Melee is that the energy clips through the shield and is always on during combat. May not be a big deal for you but it drove my ocd crazy back in the day because it looked so ugly.

I'm 40 now. Was 24 when I started and only had one grey hair. Now I have countless. 😁

Telekinesis was stupidly fun on DCUO. Its the one thing I miss the most.

You don't ever really get your very own villainous plot line. Where as heros are automatically doing everything they should, fighting crime and saving people. You're a real hero and never a true villain, more like a glorified henchman. I do find plenty of character in the red side zones but ultimately prefer blue sides look. Being a hero is more relatable, too. I know the question was the opposite of my answer but I can't find anything that keeps me there. I do enjoy it for a bit of variety here and there though.

I thought of Crysis when I read the title. 😆

To butcher the Chuck Yeager quote, if a PUG can finish a TF, it's a good PUG. If you get a story or two out of it, it's an outstanding PUG.
Best PUG was my first Frostfire on live. We died so many times we formed the SG called 'The Predominantly Dead' after we finally emerged victorious. We never teamed up again sadly. It was one of those ideas that was good at the time. Still one of my favourite CoH memories.

I teamed with a kinetic melee yesterday for what felt like the first time. All I kept thinking was 'that looks reeeeally weird'.

Not sure about Flight wise but on the ground the closest to an ice slide is the power slide sprint mixed with super speed both recolored to a light blue whiteish. also using the default slide for movement in the settings
I already do this exact same thing with my ice tank. Really completes the concept.

Sell me on superspeed - why is running around the city the best?

That and the amazing telekinesis.
Super speed is the best indoor travel power. For example there have been many time I've wanted to just click the glowie to get the mission done. The stealth component allows that. You also don't bash your head on everything when zooming around looking for that last bloke for a defeat all.
