Several folks on the Reunion server have asked about my build for my dominator, Fierna, so I figured I should post it here for critique and perusal. This is a build I used to play back on Live, and I enjoyed the heck out of it. It focuses on recharge to achieve easy perma-domination, as well as ranged defense.
