A) Yes I have and they do actually scale though since they can ONLY be run at level 50 to begin with you're not going to notice much of a difference.
B) On the off chance that you can prove me wrong it's going to be very hard for me to admit it if I don't have an account to play on anymore. Plus this wasn't a bet to begin with. You asked what it take to prove you could do it. I told you. If it were a bet however the odds would have to be equal on both sides. In other words, what do I get when you get your ass kicked by Romulus and those lesser Nictus? I don't care about your account information. I don't give a shit if you keep playing. All I really want from you if I win is for you to change the way you talk to us. In other words if you ever do catch one of us being wrong, do it without the "I'm so perfect" attitude you got going on. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes some times so cool it with your superiority complex.
It'll be super easy, barely an inconvenience. Create an account, get the game client, hop on the test server, make yourself 50, and watch your stance crumble before your eyes.

Is this the equivalent of meeting by the flag pole after school? Love to watch this.

A) Incarnate trials dont scale at all. They are always at a set level. Have you ever even run one?
B) I'm game to walk you through a solo'd ITF. On the condition that you give me your login info after I prove you wrong so I can delete all of your characters. You must also agree to never create a new account. If you're cool with that wager, I'll set up on the test server and we can figure out a date to run it.
Being that you're too much of a moron to even watch the posted run video, I doubt you have the balls to put up or shut up.
This is good. It's supposedly impossible to do so there shouldn't be any problem taking you up on this deal. Right?!

Nothing scales to Incarnates? So is this where you try to convince me that Incarnate trials are soloable too?
And by the way, I'm not refusing to look at the evidence. You simply haven't shown any evidence in the first place. If you wanna meet me in game we'll start an ITF and then you can prove you can solo that crap. Though I highly doubt you'd ever accept that challenge cause you know it can't actually be done.
As I said above. Meet me in game. We start an ITF, then either I watch you kill yourself (in game of course) or I see first hand that what you're saying is true. Until I see it in game I'm not going to believe it.
https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Sally
"Sally is a monster that roams the lake of Salamanca in Croatoa."
"According to the City of Heroes Giant Monster Guide, Sally resurfaces 30 to 45 minutes after she is defeated."
What does it matter if you actually said the word "easily" or not? You're claiming that a TF designed to be a challenge for teams can be soloed by a Blaster. Easily is implied there regardless of if you actually said the word since that shouldn't even be possible at all. So either that is in fact your claim or you're retracting that claim and admitting it can't be done.
That's kind of the point of scaling... so it is balanced for both a team of level 35 and a team of level 50. If it wasn't balanced it would be either too difficult for a team of 35 to do or too easy for a team of level 50's... and frankly if you can solo it then that sounds like something is broken and not scaling properly.
By the way the purpose of Incarnate really doesn't even exist in the game. They were building up to the Coming Storm, whatever that was going to be. And never finished the Incarnate content before the servers shut down. The final Incarnate Slot isn't even suppose to be the Hybrid slot, that's just as far as they got released before the live servers shut down.
Genesis, Mind, Vitae, and Omega were planned to be released later down the line. So essentially without that event that was planned and never released there is no actual purpose of Incarnate anyway... Other than just giving you something to do when you reach level 50.
Personally I feel like I've ascended to another power level every time I unlock a new power. I don't need enemies to suddenly be incredibly weak for that. I mean if that's all it takes for you, go hunt some greys in Atlas Park, you'll feel like a god tier hero before you've even reached Incarnate status.
@MunkiLordis correct. If you see the list of GMs here: https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Giant_Monster it makes a special note stating that Sally is NOT a GM. But, I'm also assuming you'll look at the evidence presented to you. Evidence can be real pesky sometimes.

IMO, one either wants to play the game, whatever parts of it, or not.
Personally, I am not looking to any specific development, addition, reduction, change, or general buff to make me want to play the game.
I either want to play it, or I don't.
It' my choice, based on my mood and has nothing to do with anything specific in the game, I am in the mood or not.
Being given a bonus to play specific content is simply a carrot I ignore, I do it in all games, I hardly ever play the current 'event' in any game unless it happens to be what I feel like doing.
The extroverts that love teams want more forced teaming.
The 'content-ists' think we are all cheating by not reading every word in the game.
The fornulae players think we should 'wait here' for the tank.
The farmers want to be left alone.
The general player just wants to play the game.
Why do we have to pour over the mintuae looking for things to change, when we can just play the game.
And if you are not in the mood to play the game, then don't, and come back whne you do, why the need to force changes on everyone, just because a few players are 'done' with a certain aspect of the game at them moment?
I have never understood why people cannot just let this game be what it is w/o having to think everything needs to be changed.
This has been a revolving issue since Day 0 of Retail Live.
Please, gamers, just play the game the way you want tp play it and stop trying to change it?
Is it really so hard?
This all day long.
I'd much rather devs spend time fixing actual bugs than trying to fix a problem that doesn't even exist. There are going to be bad players with or without AE. There are going to be players that, "don't know how to play their toons" with or without AE. All of that existed prior to AE. It exists in every game. Why waste the manpower on changing anything because that's all it will be? A change and not a "fix."

This happened to me tonight:
When you start a TF and you can't enter any doors for missions. You try logging out and back in, but it never lets you enter the missions. The team is nearly done with the TF and after everyone on the team has been throwing out ideas all throughout, you finally realize you were still on an AE mission when you started the TF, but the game let you start a TF, anyway.

You buy a full set of Scrapper ATOs and when you go to slot them, you realize you already bought these and slotted them.

If only others could realize we are discussing ideas and opinions, not attacking peoples personal integrity.
I am sure there are things we agree on and and disagree on, as we have discussed, even passionately, but I would prefer to discuss ideas without people twisitng my words into personal attacks...
I have always noticed you, @Abraxus, tend toward the same outlook... kumbaya! 🙂
Nothing new, IMO, as most people I have encountered in my life, both physical and virtual, have a very hard time separating a difference of opinion from a personal attack.
I usually try and follow the social mirror philosophy - I try to engage others as they choose to engage me...it's not as if I am unable to clap back... 🙂
You two are going to make me cry.... *tear*

This is purely anecdotal, but it seems that people don't charge for farms nearly as often as they did back on Live. Of all the times I didn't feel like PL'ing myself, it was rare I had to actually pay for the runs. Maybe it's because inf is so easy to make now and the builds are comparatively cheap to make, too. Personally, I've never charged for farms, but I don't judge anyone that does. My approach is I'm doing runs anyways, I'll be bring someone along.

You're a more patient person than me. Soon as I realize that's the plan, I'm out. Missions, farms, Task Force, I'm out.
Leaving the team is a missed opportunity to create chaos. At that point, it's to find out what will it take to get me kicked.

No because it's constantly changing to test things out or can be wiped at any time.
This. One could use the test server to test out a build to see if it's viable for what they want to do, but any long term playing on the test server would be frustrating with the information being wiped.

I farm just fine with a TW/Bio Scrapper. It isn't hard to get your smash/lethal near capped, and with a decent melee defense you can cap that as well with defensive sweep. Fighting +4/x8 on a s/l farm is pretty breezy as TW/Bio.
I'd have to agree. I have a tw/bio that I didn't really build for farming, but it handles it just fine. It packs so much damage that everything just melts. And there's nothing squishy about /bio. It has a lot of utility to survive because you can soft cap defenses and then throw in the heals and regen. It's a fine choice if you want to dabble in some farming with a tw/bio.

Question guys. I was told that unless you're going to perma hasten with Titan Weapons that it wasn't worth taking in a build, is this true?
I'm not sure I read that, but the build I posted is about a second from perma hasten. I put +5 boosters in the recharge IOs for Hasten. Maybe if you were pretty far off, it could be debated, but I can't imagine skipping it entirely if it were 4 or 5 seconds off. YMMV.
-
This is the build I've been running with. It's an offensive juggernaut as that was the intention. Kill things before the kill me. But, even with that mentality, it's extremely survivable with the regen, heals, and KD mitigation. I really enjoy playing this thing.

Part of the fun for me now has been finding things to do that were once unheard of in the past. My buddy and I duo'd the STF with our scrappers. We've solo'd other TFs. This has been a new game now that we have all this power. We are super and I feel super.

Make sure you let all the patches finish, close and reopen Tequila, and revalidate. I noticed mine finished yesterday but then today after the beta patch downloaded it picked up a couple of things it missed somehow and now I have more settings.
I did this several times last night, but I decided to try again today and it appears to have fixed the issue. It did download some extra things this time around. Thank you for the suggestion.

My FPS has crashed since the patch. The character select screen is at a crawl, as well. Once I finally zone, it's a power point presentation and then the game crashes. No messages pop up, either. The window just closes out.
I have tried this on both 32 and 64 bit and have re-validated. Any suggestions?

My FPS has crashed since the patch today. At that character select screen it's barely moving and once I finally load into the zone, the game soon exits without any message. Just closes out.
I have re-validated and this happens on both 32 and 64 bit. Any other suggestions? I know I can re-install, but would like to know if there is another fix before doing that.

I think you ARE breaking the game! Ok, time for me to see what I can do with that claws/bio if I build for a single purpose. Awesome stuff, yall.
I built for one purpose, too. To inflict as much damage as possible on anything or anyone around me.

@jshmoe1236123 Are those times in minutes? Cuz that's freaking outstanding. Average 39 seconds for a pylon? That would put your DPS at 1111. Is this even possible?
Sorry for the confusion. Those are in seconds. Man, I wish I could break the game and get 1111 DPS!

After adding more Incarnate tiers I figured it was time for more runs.
Courageous Girl
TW/Bio
T4 Alpha Musculature Core
T4 Hybrid Assault Core
T3 Destiny Ageless Partial Core
T4 Interface Degenerative Core
Runs:
1 - 1:08
2 - 1:04
3 - 1:08
4 - 1:02
5 - 1:03
6 - 1:06
7 - 1:02
8 - 1:05
9 - 1:07
10 - 1:04
I don't know how much of a difference it will be once I get the T4 Destiny, but I'll certainly be running again once I have it. Either way, I'm happy with the results.

I did test it and correct, Soul Drain has no effect on bio's damage aura. Soul Drain does not boost toxic damage. Still a great pairing, but that part was disappointing.
That's a shame. I'm curious why, though. But, regardless, I agree, it's a good pairing. Not boosting the damage aura isn't exactly a deal breaker, IMHO. You still have bio's offensive stance to pair with Soul Drain for and even more added damage boost on a primary that can have some high ST damage.

I can't believe you use the word impossible when describing the chance of doing this feat. Impossible? You really think nobody is going around in this game every day doing things that weren't exactly intended by the devs in terms of difficulty? Look how powerful we've become. You can't even slightly open the door to a possibility that just maybe it's possible? Is this how you approach the game when you play? "Welp, I must turn back now, I wasn't intended to do this." You haven't thought about trying to push your toons and create things that do just that, "break the rules?" Are you the horse tied to a chair thinking it can't go anywhere simply because he's tied up to something?
I'll give you skeptical, but impossible from any AT? Come on... In you vast knowledge of game mechanics, you can't watch the video posted in this thread and think that maybe with that strategy and technique and, with all the Incarnate and IO abilities we have now, that just maybe it's possible even if you think the video is faked? Also, using your vast knowledge of game mechanics, dissect that video and tell us why that Blaster's technique in taking down Rom wouldn't work.
