On an ITF mission Requiem jumped in a map hole and dropped to the very bottom then de-spawned and we could not finish it. I made a highlight of the area so that others would know where it is if it can not be fixed. I have the Call of the Sandman chance to Heal Self slotted on Genetic Corruption and I've noticed it does not proc all the time even though the power is a toggle.
