Gotta say that is not my experience at the higher levels, sure the Blaster can scratch some minions but there is a lot of enemies still left - that is just the damage part of it of course. Also don't experience any lag - it's slow to do build-up sure, but that is just how the set works - I find you adjust to how to best use this over time. On the defense side, I am running Titan Weapons on a Fire Tanker and I can say for sure he has no problems surviving, rather he's an inferno of blades and well, fire :)

I have now experienced this twice, it seems rather odd. During character creation, where you are asked to choose a primary and secondary power, I experience that if I skip choosing the Primary Power (either by accident of not having fully selected a power or by just clicking on) and instead go to the Secondary Power and choose this, I cannot get back to choosing the Primary Power. It is also stated as an error message ("you need to choose a primary power to complete character creation") if I try to finish the toon and go to play. Fortunately the process can be reset by going back and choosing a different Archetype but this seems odd and I have never encountered it before.

I was hoping that Galaxy City would become a place we could fight to take back when they added it as a startup zone - think it could have made for some really cool low-level story arcs too :) And yes - Galaxy City was where all my old toons started out - miss it greatly.

Stalker/Claws - superior shanking metal-through-meat sounds when you run the assassinate - nuff said :D

Glad to be of help - I can only say I have really enjoyed my atomic brute and he is also a good earner to take out for turning up the difficulty and moving down some big mobs if I need a bit of inf :D I think the only advice I would stress, is consider looking into tweaking your power auras - you almost become super-duper-glow-in-the-dark if you have the full Rad/Rad set running and it can frankly be hard to see what is going on sometimes for bloom and particle effects

Like others before me, I will have to say Titan Weapons is an absolute killer powerset - but just like the attack chain needs to build momentum before the hurt puts the pedal to the metal, so you need to build a chain of powers before you get to the golden point of absolute devastation. Which I frankly feel is very much in the spirit of a powerset - as you get more experienced, your options open up whole new ways of doing things. Getting into the flow of the attack chain - finding out what works for mobs and what works for single targets - that makes a difference. And then when you get to the IOs and the juicy sets of those, things go crazy. Get it. Learn it. Love it :)

I have a 50 Rad/Rad Brute and it's a full-on nuclear joy to play him - you actually feel like a true Brute, as you can wade through hordes of enemies and dish it out twice as hard as you receive it. With all the debuff and healing on mob sizes, you are really geared for larger groups of enemies. Builds can of course vary, but past level 26 he became a real "boss killer" (and actually did quite ok before that too) and once Atom Smasher drops at 32, it becomes a whole different kind of AoE fighting.

The naming policy is fair and not a problem - if you cannot be bothered to log in every once in awhile to keep your named characters, then you are just not that interested. And yes, I create a massive amount of alts myself, some are experiments, some are keepers, it's only fair that the name be vacated if I am not using it actively. I know this is hard to swallow if you suffer from entitlement, but sometimes you have to put in a little effort to keep something - just like in the real world. On top of that - losing the name of a character because you don't use it - first world problems; if that is the worst to happen to you on any given day, it's still a pretty good day.
