  1. Hi, not a bug but something kind of problematic : Destiny Incandescence stacking. How is it possible such a thing could go under radar ? Isn't possible to flag the power as not stackable ? It's merely a pvp zone problem, as arena is commonly Alpha only. The worst thing is it's a vicious circle. The more we know others players take it, the more we'll tend take it... then on teams you'll go with something like 300% heal bonus, Heals or green pills becomes absurdly op. So just a little thing : flag it as unstackable. Regards
  2. Ok let me reformulate then : If in team environnement you want to be a priority target go Dom. If in zone/1vs1/wathever you want to be outclassed by most of encounters go Dom. Honestly, if they're that good in team environnement, why don't we see none or so few in kb/arena matches ? As for the build guidelines, i just want to point one atavic thing : do you see lots of forcefielders or powerpushers ?
  3. Don't waste your time with a dom, specially a*/ice : they do anemic damages. You'll be disappointed and kind of frustrated to see that mezz is almost useless. Now it's City of Blasters... and... some other things (like 70%/30%) Blasters just have all for themself, and recent changes just help digging the gap : -better hp pool than most squishies (just... why ? really...) -excellent absorb shield or huge regen -outranging most ATs -big damage When you see in 1vs1 that a single proc (Fortunata's Placate) can outvalue any mezz, you can tell there's a problem somewhere.

Hi -Start giving a decent slotting to Sprint (always toggled of course) - add 2 slots in Swift and Quickness (Run 50 IO x2) -add a bunch of + mouvement bonus from IO sets (easy to reach with sets like Gaussian , Aegis, Performance Shifter...) (the +def/+7.5 run too) --> and you're starting to be a good combat speedster. Counting only on Superspeed is a mistake since the high speed is cut during combat.
  5. Got one on Resurgence named Fleche de Fer. Very strong combo. It quickly became my favorite toon.
  6. Re read my 1rst post here : It's combined with secondary and epics : FootStomp + DarkObliteration + Rad Therapy/Ground Zero = only Boss alive. Thats up to 4 large AoE.
  7. Hmm you're thinking in DPS which is relevant only against hard target like... AV/Pylon (!) Against packs of mobs, on regular content DPA is a better metric, no ? As i say, if your goal is ST DPS, ok for another road. But I repeat : i just wanted to point out the fact that most of ppl miss the AoE burst potential of Rad. As for the proc monster thing, that's another story...
  8. No Rad armor is way ahead Dark armor. Dark badly suffer of end problems, Rad don't. (I know Theft of the essence proc, but it's not enough in final balance). The small ticks from damage aura doesn't match with the burst potential of these proc'd pbaoe. I tried both, wanted to love Dark but Rad is just better. Anyway I'm just saying that many people miss the aoe potential of Rad armor because they don't get it: you got 2 large (15ft and 20ft) fast animating pbaoe where put like 8 damages procs (chance to proc 90%), that recharge almost every pack (thanks to rech buff in beta decay). Consider the heal as a secondary effect of a mini nuke. (at 90% res almost everywhere, it's enough). From the years of playing, this tank was the strongest scrappy/tanky combo i've run. After throwing 3 or 4 of these aoe, i just had to take care of bosses (+4/x8 oc). And that kind of slotting doesn't interfer with the-where-to-put ATO sets problems, at all. But, if it's Pylon numbers you're interest in, yeah maybe take another road.
  9. OK I'm kind of suprised nobody gets the AoE potential of Rad Armor with proc. Once you get capped res, do you really need to overslott your heal aka Radiation Therapy ? NO. Then what can you do with it ? Proc it up to 5 or 6 ! (it's base accuracy is pretty high and the debuff from Beta Decay, it'll hit every time and proc every time) Same for Ground Zero (3 Avalanches + 3 proc) and you got 2 potent mininuke with large area. My Rad/SS/Soul tank was beastly : -4 large aoe powers (Foot Stomp, Dark Obliteration, Radiation Therapy, Ground Zero) -very good ST (Hello Gloom/KO/Haymaker)

  11. Hmmm I'll 200% go for War Mace/Bio Clobber is so smashfull (specially with Scrapper ATO and the + chance to crit) Bio is one of the most offensive secondary in Offensive Adaptation : +25% dam, + toxic dot, -res (!) Btw IceMelee is not that good in ST beside Freezing Touch.

  14. SR has a clicky anti mezz (like Ninjutsu), which can be annoying at long. EA is easier too soft cap to Smash/lethal, fire/cold & Nrg (which are more 3/4 of the damage type of the game). EA has some DDR, not that much. Anyway when under cascade debuff, just run away the time debuffs goes off... My choice is EA by far : -no clicky antimezz -cheaper to softcap (could do it with very few IOs) -has a heal -only 6 powers are mandatory vs 8 for SR (t9 are very skippable once you're softcapped) -has some passives res to s/l/nrg which stacks with tough (On previous server my Elec/EA reached 60% s/l res thanks to IO sets...)
