I use the self heal in my Ice/Dark Dom cause Siphon Life sucks IMHO. I was told that if I need a heal in a dom then I’m doing it wrong...ask me if I care 😒 -

I don't know how to gauge the effectiveness of a Mind Control/Radiation Melee Dominator? I feel like it is lacking, I dont feel like he can solo much. I don't have enough money for IO's yet but I have enough merits for SOs
