As for Storm Procs: This is just my opinion. Storm Cell & Cat 5. I use Sudden Impact's KB to KD. Storm Blast is more stationary then most sets. So no point in scatter shit everywhere. Chain Lighting: Depends on the AT. But usually the AT Set with bonus damage proc. In case of Sentinel the chance opportunity. Defender: Either Heal or Absorb. More targets more odds. Blaster: your Defiant Barrage set in Hailstones. Corrupter: Scourging Blast sin Hailstones Defender: Depending what is needed, but either Apocalypse, Winter's Bite, or other Defender set not in Chain Lightning. in Hailstones. Sentinel: Sentinel's Ward. Beyond that, what ever else suits your tastes or build needs. I personally run Hailstones, Storm Cell, Chain Lightning and either Direct Strike or Cloudburst and Cat 5. For my Storm Builds. Depending on secondaries, those 5 powers are 6 slotted with recipes that will overall help the build. But again that's me and how I play. But if I need more slots cuz of secondaries. I usually will just 3 slot Hailstones and move set planned for it to Direct Strike or Cloudburst. Then 3 slots in Hailstones with Thunderstrike. The 3 pieces with Acc in them. I try keep movement down and tend to use Chain Lighting like AoE Snipe(ish). To pull stuff towards the Storm Cell & Cat 5 area I set. I know, Storm Cell moves, but it's slow.

E-M: Defense only is active out of combat. But it also offers far better control in flight and increased speed. -

There is no such thing of that on Goldside. Preatoria is faction based. The Resistance and the Loyalists. Non Praetorians cannot start missions there, though they can join you on your teams. Their alignments do not mean anything since Praetoria is technically a Co-Op zone. You can follow story and swap sides several times or stick to one, etc... Everyone can select same missions if you are Praetorians and on same faction. If your different factions you select certain missions together and others are different. Not sure what you mean by Crusaders or Wardens? Alignments system goes: Hero, Vigilante, Rogue, & Villain.

can we please get some balancing for melee power sets

You do realize(Or your not smart enough to). Melee has something Blasters don't have. Armor & Status protection. While Sentinels have blast powers and armor, their damage is lower then a blaster. Melee's are fine for most part. Some stuff could use some tweaking. Like Kin Melee for example. Also Tanks got a huge buff a year or so ago. Increased threat, Cones, AoE, PBAOE, dmg increase. Brutes can raise their DPS through fighting, while Scrappers/Stalkers get Crits and what not. Melee is doing fine, your just having dick envy over something you honestly don't understand. -

They stack Normally in this game. Everything stacks so long it's from a different source. -
I was going off your request history for absurdness, 😛 Doesn't mean I won't try to figure out ways to present a build. 1. The whole solo a +4/8 thing for example. In my opinion is just a waist, less you have a farm build for a farm that is built for that. 2. Your first request was that for a Dark/Dark Tanker with High resists and good defenses(Honestly defense is marginal even for a dark, they are resist set). 3. Then a Psy/Psy Blaster with same stipulations 4. Then Ill/Time Controller with same stipulations 5. Then E/Kin Corrupter. It's not combo's or even specific requests that absurd. It's expectations of having High end D and R and be able to solo +4/x8. While I'm pretty sure all my builds can do that, I build for team play and +3/8. Since +3/8 is best for Time vs Effort equation. Especially when your PuG leading with all sorts of level, builds, & experience with the game. I prefer Team Play and my builds are suited for Team Play. In the future, I have no issue doing builds for you, but you gotta lower your expectations of constant +4/8 High D & R all time ... You gotta either frankenslot(which I hate and find it sloppy) and in turn your always going be sacrificing something.

Is nice, but everyone can over come that with just consistent DPS. Without other 3 I mentioned, you can't keep up that up. If you got no blue bar, your standing around picking your nose. If your recharge is 0 to negative, your standing around picking your nose(waiting for stuff). Without the -Regen for AVs, GMs, Heros, etc... It's going be a very uphill battle that could very well hit that wall.

You can be "sad" over it. But end of the day the 3 R's still holds true for the game +RECHARGE, +RECOVERY, -REGENERATION. First two are obvious, with third for higher end of the game. Every game, no matter it's type. Usually has a set core rules that once you figure out and understand concepts, math, etc... Will become the norm for best bang for your buck builds, mechanics, etc... Does that mean YOU have to follow it no. But many folks want an optimal play.

1. Mu on a Scrapper doesn't have Electric Cages 2. You want high resists on a Typed Defense set ... not happening, less you plan to sacrifice the defense on a defense set. 3. Honestly these requests are just getting more absurd each post you make. Specified Scrapper (Ice Melee - Energy Aura).mbd
