What I do to see JJ's builds, is to right click on the mid's file and choose to open with textedit. You can see the build quite cleanly. It works well. This what @Grimjackal Told another person who had Mid's issue on a mack.

Even before Demon Summoning came out on Live. Folks wanted a Whip Melee Set. I remember BDSM Buddies on Virtue wanted that shit 24-7, lol. Well if we go by D&D Standards for Wizardry. You're basically wanting to be a Mix of an Evocation & Abjuration Wizard. This build should help you out. Here you go, with a double stack Rage, you'll be within parameters(before any debuff hits). Though I suggest you don't Stack Rage, less you got some backup to assist. But as a SR you'll also get stack Resistance buff as your HP drops so that should help you out also. First off all folks you listed have trained/natural talent to to vanish into the shadows. As for "Scrappers" are sturdier. They are exactly same, both have same numbers for caps with Stalkers having edge with defense stuff. Both cap at 75% resists. 1. You didn't soft cap melee for one. 2, You lack the recipe set to add to more resist to the pets. With the 3 recipe pet sets that which in turn offer +35% Resistance bonus for your pets. 3. Lack of Hover for a Mastermind(Unless it's a Trap MM) is detrimental. They need to be able to see everything going on. When you got a mess of pets and mobs, it's hard to do that without hover. 4. As someone who played MM's since the day they came out. When Red came out, I know a thing or 3 about em, lol. Them, Spiders, & Controllers where my responsibilities. 5. Entomb set in that power doesn't proc that much(my own experience) and honestly Basilisk Gaze is more cost effective and it's proc far more useful. 6. I see your building for Recharge, but honestly you went overboard. Majority MMs do not need haste, let alone perma-haste. Main goal with time when it comes to recharge is to have Farsight perma and on Auto-fire. (Again experiences with the set and with pets). 7. Since you'll be in melee majority time, cuz you got a melee based set. (Though hovering above some). Black Scorpion will suffice and you can cover a lot issues that will happen. 8. The Web Immob will make Zeds happy, so they don't chase everything down, even if the mob is slowed. By not having to see your pets scattered to the four winds and staying in the area, thus Farsight is more useful. 9. You legit don't need 6 slotted tactics with Gaus. First off, MM's have the dead lowest personal dmg output. That build ain't going do much for you. Having 1 attack or so with Zeds is specifically to spawn a ghost and maybe do some tiny dmg with said attack. 10. I feel Healing is better for Chrono with Zeds then Endurance. Zeds get smashed hard enough as is, even with your recipe bonus of +35% resist. More healing will always be a better option for them. You can supplement your own endo issues with Alpha Cardiac(left tree) and if need be Hybrid Support. 11. I get your trying make the MM survivable, less dmg with resist armors can do so. But so can just not getting hit and if you do, Bodyguard will spread it out and your time heals willl cover it. Not to mention less attacks incoming do to slow effects.

This took some tooling, even then I'm not satisfied with it. But it should be fine. Thing about Storm Blast, honestly believe it's best suited for Sentinels or Corr/Def with FF or Sonic. The set doesn't play well with recipe sets for Defense on a AT with no CC Protection. I am currently playing a 50 SB/CM Corr. Your a very stationary type, you want your Storm Cell around you, while it moves. It moves slowly after you. Even Soft Capped S/L/E -- I still get the CC hitting me more then I like. (Well currently on Carnie Arc, so that's a lot pure psi CC, but still) The R is like 43% (My SB/CM toon). You don't have to use the two melee attacks, I have them strictly for the recipe sets, but they can be useful. Especially if you plan on piling into mobs, to get most out your Storm Cell. You unlock Patron Powers buy being on or doing the Patron Arc on Redside(First 5 mishes). You can switch to Rogue, Villain, or Vigilante to do so. You must be lvl 35+ to do it OR check LFG chat for folks running Patron Badge mish. Then you can be any lvl to get said badge.

Black Scorpion Shield, period. Combined with Recipes used in melee part of Blapping. Like Winter Sets, etc... You'll Soft Cap your S/L/E pretty well. Blaster Sets have ranged D in them and +Recharge. The thing about Black Scorpion Shield many folks sleep on on the Forums at least(Many Vets and experienced players know it and take time to get it). EDIT: Forgot to add the +6% To Hit Buff in CJ -- Kismet. 😛 1. They are aware of it but are lazy and settle for inferior ice shield. 2. Are not aware of it and settle for inferior ice shield. 3. Think everyone else is using it, I don't wanna follow trends and then decide to get some resist shield for an AT that has no CC protection and thus resist shields means every F'ng CC is going get em. But hey they are hardcore and rebel against the grain. 4. Honestly have no clue and just pick what they think sounds cool/neat/maybe useful. Blaster (Dual Pistols - Ninja Training).mbd As you can see your S/L/E are soft capped. Most the game still has a element of S/L/E tied to attacks and CC(Minus specifics like say Pure Psi of the Carnies for example for their CC). So this will greatly reduce some issues for you. Also if you decided to do more Incarnate stuff. Barrier will basically cover all that & them some for you & the team as well. I suggest using Fire Bullets majority time. Since Fire dmg is least resisted by most the enemies in the game.

As for filling teams. Less you state server your on, we speculate. Sure Indom/Reunion are very low pop. But folks go there mostly to solo or team with specific people and not deal with the sloven masses on X or Eve. Also, "A lot" of folks are not aware CoH has a Rating & Note System for accounts. Maybe folks gave you 1 star reviews with notes on why and when you advert and they check your account. They are like oh, yah, pass. Before you or someone else complains about that. It's personal review. Only person doing the ranking/adding stars and possibly seeing said stars above characters heads for that account can see it.
