Nice! It only takes about five minutes. Head to the Rikti War Zone, and look for Levantera. Run her first two missions - a small hunt, and a talkie. That's it. Hope to see you tonight!

With the Issue 27, Page Two update today, I would strongly encourage you to talk with Null the Gull in Pocket D and disable Group Fly prior to joining a MSR, especially mine. Group Fly is now a valuable travel power, especially for Masterminds, and especially on MSRs, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it in use by players at some point in the future.
