This could apply for Xmas and Vday too..give teh sig NPCs in zones (posi, silver mantis etc etc) some added costume bits for the appropriate season! Pumpkin heads, scary masks, a red bow and arrow for Manti (on Vday), christmas hats!

It might be kind of fun to have a small chance that Recluse or Positron or other signature NPC spawns from a door during ToT.
