Need a Fire/Fire build

Can Anyone help with a fire/fire brute build.  I am lvl 44 and I am pretty sure I  have screwed it up so far as I can't kill or stay alive nearly as well as I think I should much less in groups.  Any help will be appreciated.

Without any idea how you built it, I can't really help improve it other than build one. Fire armor is inherently squishy and easily takes a beating, what you should focus on is keeping your resistances as high as you can and as much healing and recharge into your self heal as you can get as that'll keep you alive the most.

I built it with lvl 25 IOs in mind for leveling, so it's very cheap even if you don't have much money right now. Stick to making sure your Healing Flames, Fire Shield, Plasma Shield, and Tough are kitted out with enhancements first and foremost then start focusing on damage. Once you get Greater Fire Sword don't even bother with the regular one, you have better ST attacks already anyway. Burn and FSS should destroy groups and you wanna make sure Consume has some accuracy as you really don't want it to miss when you need Endurance.

That's all the leveling tips I got really, for a lvl 50 build with IO sets I can put one together, but I'm no pro brute player (I only have 1 non-farmer 50 I hardly use).

Sorry but Fire Armor is NOT "inherently squishy".
If you concentrate on your Resists, you can still build a phenomenally durable Brute.

Well of course any secondary can be built to be extremely tanky at level 50 with proper IOing.

As a straight leveling up character with only level 25 IOs fire is most definitely one of the least durable secondaries
