Ouroboros Pillar Badge Missons

I have been attempting to get all the various Ouro badge missions.  The ones for "No Temp Powers" or "Enemies were Buffed", etc., however, I cannot get any above level 19.

 

I have attempted several different missions with different options with no success.

 

Most recently, I attempted "Nemesis Weather Control" with "Enemies Buffed", "Enhancements had no effects" and "Inspirations could not be used"

 

Upon completion, I received the Meteorologist badge & the Warhulk badge, but did not receive Lionhearted, Indifferent or Devalued:

I just put one in, however, the ingame support has not worked for me in the past.  You don't get notifications and I don't get a summary email.  I've been instructed to enter the information here.

Not what I meant, did you call in the Ouro flashback arc to the contact after these screenshots?  If not, you will not get the "gimp" badges.

Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do any other missions since I was locked into it.

Hmm, that's weird, then.  Some people don't bother calling in the last mission once they get that Ouro Flashback complete box and just quit the task force instead.  If you didn't hit "quit task force" instead of calling it in to the contact, it should have awarded.  If you just quit at that point, it will not award. 

 

I'm almost done with mine but just to check ran a quick flashback and got both Demarcated and Temerarious [after getting the flashback complete box inside the mission, then exiting, and calling the contact to close out the flashback.].

 

Is it possible you already have those badges? I know it's unlikely, but I can't think why they would award to some players and not to others/you.

clarification

i just sent a bug report in and it directed me here too. i was running a level 20-24 arc, a tsoo coup, two times for the alternate ending badges, and i got rewarded the ouro badges for ouro lvl 15-19 each time. luckily i needed those badges, but they were the wrong level nonetheless.

If you are running flashback arc that awards a separate Accomplishment or Achievement badge, the Ouroborus Power Restriction badges will NOT be awarded. This has been known about since Live. To get the Ouroborus Power Restriction badges, to need to run non-Badge missions & arcs.
