Purrfekshawn Posted December 6, 2019 Share Posted December 6, 2019 (edited) Formerly there was a "Conserve Power" power in its place, that's currently available only for Electric Armor AE enemies l believe. Back then ELA blowed somehow, but as it got Energize (which is, in its turn, copypaste of power from "Energy-something" powerset, blaster maybe or Energy Aura), it got buffed in a degree & now is rather acceptable choice.
