Pet question

Hi folks,

 

I'm currently leveling an illusion/rad controller. How do I make the pets permanent? I've seen other illu controllers just standing around for long periods of time with their phantasms right behind them. How do I slot them?

You need a lot of recharge

Phantasm is already permanent.

Phantom Army needs a lot of Recharge... heavily slotted for Recharge in the power, Hasten, and +Recharge bonuses from sets. You need more +Recharge to get perma-PA than perma-Hasten, so if you don't yet have perma-Hasten your PA won't be permanent.

Thanks for the response, I thought Phantasm was temporary like phantom army.

Just as a "for instance" my Ill/Dark has 121.5% global recharge from bonuses, and gets 70% recharge from Hasten.  PA recharges about 3s before they start blinking and fade out.  

 

ETA: I suppose this is useless info without my PA slotting, which I can't recall offhand.  IIRC it's frankenslotted, I'll touch this up when I check it for particulars.

 

ETA2:  I've got it slotted 4x Expedient Reinforcement (A/R, A/D, A/D/R, E/D/R) and 2x Soulbound Allegiance (A/R, D/R) for 118% recharge.
